Situation: Banner needed a training tool that could help company leaders be better managers. The client wanted a printed piece that would provide information about recognizing high-performers, disciplining low-performers, and promoting positive performance by setting expectations for employees, holding employees accountable, mentoring, and empowering employees to reach individual performance goals."I’ve never worked with such a great, creative team.
