What can BC Graphics do for me?

What does BC Graphics print?

If you need to have something printed—from business cards to a trade-show booth—BC Graphics
can save you time, save you money, and make your job less stressful. We eliminate the
time-consuming "footwork" and "detail" you’d have to contend with if you managed your
print production jobs on your own. And remember, because all of the people who work at
BC Graphics are "comprehensive marketing specialists," we can also help you with strategy,
design, and fulfillment.
During the past 20 years, BC Graphics has gained experience in offset printing, screen
printing, digital printing, variable printing, pad printing, engraving, foiling, automobile
graphics, embroidery, etc. If it can be printed, chances are BC Graphics has done it and
has the samples to prove it.

Does BC Graphics have contracts with manufacturers?
What sort of consistency will I get if my jobs are going to different printers?
BC Graphics does not have contracts with manufacturers, because that would prevent us from
shopping for the best deals for our clients. Not having contracts also allows us to stay on
the cutting edge of technology and work with the printers who have the best equipment for
each job. Our industry is changing fast, and we like having the flexibility of being able
to change with it.
When it comes to printing, BC Graphics is a group of perfectionists. We’re also branding
experts, who understand and appreciate how important it is for you to have consistency
across all of your marketing, sales, and promotional materials. We continuously monitor
the quality of our vendors and use standardized ink matching systems to ensure that all of
your jobs look like they’ve come from the same place.

Why doesn’t BC Graphics have any equipment?
Will BC Graphics let me attend press checks?
Due to constantly changing technology, it’s not cost-effective. While we understand how all
the printing equipment works and continually educate ourselves on the latest equipment
advances, we’d rather focus our attention on your needs and not a machine’s.
While we always encourage clients to come to press checks, many of the people we work with
simply trust us to handle everything while they spend their time on other important matters.

What is fulfillment?
What are ad specialties?
In simple terms, fulfillment is the process through which your project finds its way to the
end-user. Fulfillment can involve elements of assembly, storage, database management, and
delivery. For example, let’s say you’re producing a complex direct mail piece that includes
a promotional item, which you’ll send as a thank you to customers who sign up for a
particular service you’re offering. When all of the printed components are produced they
may be stored at our fulfillment house, where they can be assembled and mailed on an as-needed
basis.
Otherwise known as promotional items, tchotchkes, spiffs, and incentives, advertising
specialties are products designed to promote your company in a fun, useful, or interesting
way. Examples of ad specialties include mugs, keychains, golf shirts, pens, and mouse pads
emblazoned with a corporate logo, slogan, and/or contact information. Ad specialties have
become a specialty at BC Graphics. Over the past 12 years, BC Graphics has become the
largest provider of ad specialties in the Southeast Valley. We invite you to come to our
showroom to see a wide selection of the industry’s latest and most popular promotional
items, awards, and giveaways.

What is a print broker?
Why choose BC Graphics over other print brokers?
The term print broker is used to describe someone who places printing jobs with various
manufacturers, using volume to negotiate better pricing for clients. While BC Graphics
certainly performs this function, our clients think of us more as "comprehensive marketing
specialists" than just "print brokers." BC Graphics can handle everything from concept to
conclusion by offering design and creative assistance, carefully choosing printers with the
right equipment and availability to meet your job requirements, overseeing the entire
production process so your jobs are produced to exacting quality standards, and by making
sure your jobs are delivered or fulfilled according to your specifications.
Part of the answer has to do with how the people at BC Graphics are really "comprehensive
marketing specialists" and not just "print brokers." But let’s say all you need is someone
to act as a print broker. BC Graphics is your better choice for several reasons. First, we
work with a wide variety of printers and have no special allegiances, so the specific
requirements of each job determine which printer we select. Our depth of resources covers
a wide range of services and equipment, so you can be sure that BC Graphics can place any
kind of printing job with the manufacturer who is absolutely best suited to producing it.
Second, we’re passionate about printing and are always seeking out manufacturers with the
latest technology and techniques. This is a benefit to you because it means greater
productivity and higher quality. The entire team at BC Graphics is dedicated to using our
volume and experience to help you save time, minimize hassle, get a better product, and
get a better price than you could get on your own or through a smaller broker.
