BC Graphics 2009 Calendar Trivia Contest Official Rules: No purchase necessary to enter or win
this contest. In order to be eligible, entrants must answer the trivia question correctly and
submit completed information fields for name, mailing address, telephone number, and E-mail
address via the BC Graphics Web site page. By entering the contest, you agree to receive
solicitations, information and promotions from BC Graphics. Employees of BC Graphics and members
of their immediate family (mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and spouse regardless
of where they reside) and household member of each such employee, whether or not related, are not
eligible to participate. Eligibility is subject to the complete and sole discretion of BC Graphics
administration. Entrants may be denied and entries rejected for any reason deemed fit by BC Graphics
administration. Limit one entry per person, per 2009 yearly quarter and corresponding trivia question,
for a total of four entries. First quarter entries will be accepted through March 31, 2009. Second
quarter entries will be accepted through June 30, 2009. Third quarter entries will be accepted through
September 30, 2009. Fourth quarter entries will be accepted through December 31, 2009. Valid and correct
entries will be compiled and a winner will be drawn at random by BC Graphics administration within 30
days of the close of the period of accepting eligible entries for that quarter. Winner will be contacted
by phone and/or E-mail. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within 10 business days of the first
attempt, the potential prize winner forfeits their right to the prize and an alternative winner will be
selected. By accepting the prize, winner consents to use of their name, likeness, and biographical
information by BC Graphics for promotional and advertising use without any compensation. By entering,
winner agrees to comply with all official rules as stated, and to release BC Graphics, its officers,
employees and agencies from any and all loss, cost, damage, and/or liability as a result of their
participation in this promotion, as well as acceptance and/or usage of prize awarded (including without
limitation to claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to,
loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false
light.) If for any reason the contest is not able to conducted as planned, BC Graphics reserves the
right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest and randomly draw from
those valid entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date. BC Graphics reserves the right to
change designated prizes at any time without notice to entrants. By participating, entrants agree to
release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the contest entries and each of their respective
officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by winners,
entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this contest as well as
any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including
death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance,
possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any contest-related activity or participation
in this contest. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
